Garrison’s Story
Garrison Rose grew up around cars. What started as weekend projects in his family's garage turned into a lifelong calling. After years of working at dealerships and independent shops across the Pacific Northwest, he decided to build something of his own — a shop where the quality of the work mattered more than the volume of cars pushed through the bays.
That conviction led him to pursue a Mercedes-Benz Master Certification, the highest technical credential offered by Mercedes-Benz. The program demands hundreds of hours of advanced training in engine management, transmission systems, electronics, climate control, chassis dynamics, and diagnostics. It's not a certificate you can earn in a weekend seminar. It represents years of study and thousands of hours of hands-on work with some of the most complex vehicles on the road.
Garrison brought that same dedication to Gig Harbor when he opened Wild Rose Motorworks. He wanted to create a shop where customers could trust the diagnosis, understand the pricing, and feel confident that the person working on their car actually cared about getting it right. No shortcuts. No unnecessary upsells. Just solid, honest work done by someone who takes pride in every job.
The name "Wild Rose" is a nod to the resilient wild roses that grow throughout the Pacific Northwest — beautiful, tough, and deeply rooted. Garrison saw that as a fitting symbol for the kind of business he wanted to build: one that puts down roots in its community and grows through trust, not gimmicks.
